A birth doula is a non-medical support person with specialized training in offering prenatal, labor and birth support. As your birth doula, I want you to have all the information you need to make informed decisions as your birth unfolds. I also want to make sure that you AND your support person are adequately nourished during your experience. With my specialized training not just in doula care, but massage therapy I can offer support physically and well as emotionally & spiritually. You deserve a gentle birth…no matter where you birth.

Birth Doula Care Includes:

-One free consult to ensure my services are a good fit for your needs.

-One prenatal visit to talk over your hopes and concerns surrounding your birth and to cover my role at your birth.

-On call support two weeks prior to and after your estimated due date.

-Attendance at your birth beginning in active labor through golden hour.

Childbirth Education Add-On

-Preparing for labor, birth , & postpartum is an essential part of pregnancy. For 150.00 you can add on two in-depth, tailored sessions of childbirth education in the comfort of your home to your birth doula care package.

A postpartum doula is a professional who cares for families in their homes in the days and weeks after welcoming a new baby. Many people want to visit and hold the baby after birth but I have the privilege of holding YOU in the tender time after you & your family have welcomed a new child. It is my job to help honor your space, boundaries, & bonding time after bringing baby home. You deserve a gentle postpartum…no matter how your birth unfolded. You can book as few or as many postpartum sessions as you would like and even add in postpartum care after your birth.

Postpartum Doula Care Sessions Include:

-One free consult in your home where we will talk about your postpartum mental health plan, any dietary restrictions you may have, and small chores around the house that when done…help you feel at peace.

-Individually scheduled 4 hour visits at your convenience (excluding overnight visits).

-One meal prepared fresh in your home during my visit and a snack prepared to enjoy at a later time. (The cost of the meal is covered in your session fee).

-Light tidying of the home according to your preferences such as folding laundry, doing the dishes, & tidying common areas.

-Referral to local postpartum resources such as new moms groups, perinatal mental health support groups, pelvis floor therapists, and more.

-Guidance & encouragement on caring for baby and navigating challenges.

M A S S A G E

Massage therapy holds many benefits both before, during, and after pregnancy. Through my massage business “Touch of Grace Massage”, I am able to serve a wide variety of clients with varying physical ability. Prenatal massage serves to aide expectant mothers in finding relaxation amidst the busyness of life whilst being pregnant helping enhance the mind-body connection and prepare them for a more gentle birth experience. Postpartum massage is more focused on recovery and restoration and can help heal tissues and reduce discomfort after baby.

Perinatal Massage Sessions:

-50 minutes long at a rate of 60.00 per session. Adaptive equipment is available for those who need it.

E N C A P S U L A T I O N

Placenta Encapsulation Includes

-Timely pick up of your placenta and tincture at your birthplace

-Safe transportation, handling, and sanitation in line with OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogen Standards

-Return of completed capsules or tincture within 48-72 hour.

-Education and recommendations on using your capsules & tincture.
